Junior Content Producer

Our client is one of the world's biggest tech brands, and we create campaign and launch material across the Nordics - from major product launches to ongoing local campaigns. A single flagship launch can involve more than 15,000 assets that need producing, translating, adapting, and delivering to Nordic markets. That takes order, a sharp technical eye, and someone who loves making complex workflows run smoothly.

You'll join the production team in Stockholm, working closely with producers, designers, motion designers, and copywriters, as well as the client's Nordic marketing team. We build our own AI-driven production platform, and you'll help shape how it's used and developed. This role is an entry point into the producer track: you'll start with running existing platforms and workflows, and grow into owning and developing campaign workflow of your own.

What you'll do

• Drive the ongoing development of our AI-driven production platform: manage the tools, keep workflows and documentation up to date, and make sure the language model is trained on approved copy.
• Own the day-to-day handling of digital assets: uploading, adapting, and delivering material to the right market, in the right format, on time.
• Act as producer for smaller campaigns, from brief to delivery, with growing responsibility.
• Manage copy deck translations for the Nordic markets: planning projects, coordinating proofreaders, and keeping glossaries and terminology up to date with the client.
• Map out how we work and suggest improvements.
• Support the producers during major launches, when the whole team pulls together to hit each delivery deadline.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Quick to pick up new digital platforms and tools, and comfortable working across several at once
• Structured and precise with deadlines, files, and versions
• Clear communicator with colleagues and client contacts
• Collaborative approach, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
• Eligibility to work in Sweden

Nice to have

• Experience at an agency, production company, or in-house marketing department
• Experience with content production and workflow automation, including DAM, CMS, and similar systems for digital assets and content
• Experience with copy or translation/localization workflows across multiple markets
• Interest in or experience with AI tools in production
• Available to start December 2026
