We are currently seeking highly talented and ambitious individuals with a strong sales aptitude to join our Electronic Trading team in Stockholm. We provide comprehensive training, state-of-the-art tools, and the support of experienced colleagues to help you become a skilled advisor for our investors. Our dynamic and fast-paced work environment offers numerous opportunities for accelerated professional development. As a part-time employee, you will work at least two days per week at our office in Berzelii Park 9, with the possibility of additional hours during holidays and the summer season. Commencement will be around August/September 2026.

About

Pareto Securities Electronic Trading has built a strong presence over the years, giving clients a unique online platform for information and trading. As an independent, full-service brokerage, we offer our clients access to our transaction flow, stock analysis, personal broker contact and technically sophisticated trading tools.

From our trading desk, you will work on recruiting new customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with several of our skilled stockbrokers, who will ensure you receive suitable training in our products and services.

A typical day begins with participating in the Equities morning meeting to stay updated on markets, news flow, and investment opportunities. You will then work actively with acquiring new clients and developing existing client relationships. The role combines work with both cold and warm leads, and a large part of the day is spent speaking with active traders, clients, and prospective clients over the phone. Therefore, strong communication skills and comfort working in a phone-driven sales environment are essential.

Qualifications

  • Sales-oriented students with good academic results

  • Thrives in a competitive, fast-paced, and results-driven environment

  • Analytical skills and a genuine interest in the stock market

  • Strong social and commercial skills

  • High ethical standards

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Swedish and English is a requirement

  • Previous experience in sales involving phone communication is highly meritorious.
