Technical Consultant for Spine

Medtronic seeks a Technical Consultant to provide clinical and technical support for spine implant systems across Swedish healthcare facilities. The role combines in-theatre procedure support, clinical education delivery, and customer relationship management within the Västra Götalandsregionen region.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-theatre clinical and technical support during spine procedures
• Deliver product training and procedural education to surgical teams and healthcare professionals
• Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training to support clinical competency
• Manage consignment and loaner inventories for product availability and accuracy
• Document and escalate customer feedback, complaints, and regulatory-related events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with medical device, clinical support, or operating room experience
• Demonstrated operating room experience assisting clinical procedures
• Fluent in Swedish and English with strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively in Sweden
• Preferred: spine implant or spinal surgery program support experience
• Preferred: nursing, OR nursing, or physician assistant qualification

Compensation: 498,400.00 SEK - 747,600.00 SEK
