Customer Success Specialist

With bold growth plans and strong momentum across multiple markets, we're now looking for a driven Customer Success Specialist to support our Benelux operations.

About the Role

In this hybrid role, you will bridge relationship management with active credit risk assessment. You will manage incoming SMB loan applications, conduct financial health checks, and guide Dutch-speaking business owners through their lending journey, ensuring both strong customer satisfaction and healthy portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process standard-to-mid complexity SMB loan applications using our risk frameworks and credit data.
• Act as the main consultative contact for business applicants in Dutch, guiding them through underwriting and closing deals.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow patterns, and credit reports to verify deal quality and risk profiles.
• Collaborate with senior underwriters on complex, high-ticket cases that require customized financing structures.
• Act as a voice of the customer, sharing insights to continuously improve our product and localized operational processes.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a commercially driven, analytical team player who understands business finance and loves solving problems for entrepreneurs. You possess strong interpersonal skills, carry an eye for numerical detail, and are eager to take clear ownership of SMB credit applications.

Qualifications

• A few years experience in Customer Success, B2B account management, strategic lending, or credit processing within Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services.
• Hands-on familiarity with evaluating financial statements, corporate documents, and credit scoring models.
• Native or professional fluency in Dutch, combined with strong professional English.
• A structured approach, good business acumen, and a keen interest in SMB financing models.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a drive to help small businesses succeed.
• Detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and skilled at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our headquarters in Stockholm. We believe our culture thrives when we work together, which is why we have an office-first approach with the option of working remotely one day per week.
