Our products are sold in over 90 markets worldwide, totalling a combined annual turnover of USD 360 million.Right now, we need to strengthen our Consumer Experience team with a Manager, Digital Content Marketing who will focus on overall communication calendar across channels/regions and driving brand storytelling content for the website.. What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for delivering compelling and engaging storytelling content, ensuring that the brand content is relevant and engaging for our consumers, along their journey. You'll also have accountable for ensuring that messaging is consistent across all channels, with no gaps at key touch points along the journey.Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the digital communications calendar (all product categories and regions) across .com, email, social and regional markets.
Ensure all elements on brand roadmap are delivered on .com.
Work closely to get input from eCom team, Integrated Brand Marketing managers and Regional Marketing to ensure we tell our story to consumers and add value to their journey.
Work closely with the eCom team to deliver on consumer plans.
Support with brand copy and ensure that marketing and storytelling content and assets being produced are optimised for search engines.
Work with the Brand team, Creative Services, eCom and the broader Consumer Experience team to develop the website content related to brand story-telling, communities and articles to drive a structured approach to the path-to-purchase journey.
Contribute to the creation of a comprehensive global content strategy that spans across multiple channels.
Understand insights on content performance and adjust accordingly to drive positive business impact.
Support on delivering customer loyalty and membership programmes.
Work within the Integrated Marketing Process, working closely with the eCom team to ensure that plans are submitted on time, presented clearly and fulfils the needs of the eCom and marketing teams.
Work closely to support eCom, Pure Player, MI and CE channels to align on content needs.
Drive website projects and create content plans to help develop the brand experience on our website, such as the Backstage area, Music Platforms, marketing campaign content and our Ambassadors.
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
Proven experience working in relevant digital marketing or website content environments.
Experience managing teams and partners, directing workflow, delegating tasks
Experience working with a Tech, Lifestyle or similar consumer brand or content platform.
Experience in hands-on project managing content projects
Exceptional communication skills and a 'can do' attitude.
Good working knowledge of Google Applications, Keynote, Microsoft Office.
A detailed understanding of SEO and how to optimise copy for digital use.
Ability to lead a team and work closely with wider teams where required.
