• Work with Discord community;

• Help and communicate with users through a digital support platform;

• Keep an active stream of communication between the development team and the community;

• Help users, identify problems, gather feedback.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 1+ year experience as community manager or smm

• Experience running international communities

• Experience working and setting up community bots (e.g. in Discord) or tools (e.g. Helpshift)

• Knowledge of Photoshop, Video Editors or similar tools
