Job Overview:

Be part of our client s team as a Google Bing & YouTube Ads Specialist where youll develop and manage impactful ad campaigns optimize performance using datadriven strategies and collaborate with creative teams to deliver results that exceed client expectations. Your expertise will drive success across multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Google Search YouTube and Bing Ad strategies that align with client goals.
  • Create and execute YouTube Ad strategies to complement existing campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.

Campaign Management:

  • Create manage and optimize Google Search YouTube and Bing Ad campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics making datadriven adjustments to improve results.
  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad copy creatives keywords and bidding strategies.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust bids to ensure optimal ad placement and cost efficiency.

Ad Copy and Creative Development:

  • Write compelling and effective ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Ensure all ad creatives are consistent with the client s brand and messaging guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the media team and clients to brief and develop engaging video ad content for YouTube to drive viewer engagement and conversions.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Generate detailed performance reports and provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Monitor YouTube video performance and work with the media team to optimize content.
  • Utilize Google Analytics Bing Webmaster Tools HubSpot Looker Studio and other tools to track and measure campaign success.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on campaign performance insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Use data to identify trends and insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation in campaign strategies.

Budget Management:

  • Manage campaign budgets effectively ensuring optimal resource allocation to achieve desired results.
  • Conduct bid management and optimization to maximize ad spend efficiency.
  • Forecast budget requirements and track actual spend against the budget.

Client Communication and Collaboration:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their Google Search YouTube and Bing Ad campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including SEO content and design to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.
  • Attend client meetings and presentations to discuss campaign performance and future strategies.

Platform Setup and Configuration:

  • Assist clients with the initial setup and configuration of Google Ads YouTube ad accounts and Bing Ads.
  • Ensure proper tracking implementation using tools like Google Tag Manager Google Analytics and Bing Universal Event Tracking (UET).
  • Configure conversion tracking remarketing lists and other essential campaign elements.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure all campaigns comply with Google Ads YouTube Ads and Bing Ads policies and industry best practices.
  • Stay informed about the latest updates and changes in Google Ads YouTube Ads Bing Ads and digital marketing trends.
  • Implement best practices for ad copy bidding targeting and optimization.

Continual Learning and Development:

  • Stay updated on the latest trends technologies and best practices in digital advertising and marketing.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities such as webinars workshops and conferences.
  • Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications Needed:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years managing Google Search and YouTube Ad campaigns.
  • Proven track record of driving successful search and video ad campaigns with measurable results.

Skills:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Google Ads including keyword research ad copywriting bid management and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics Bing Webmaster Tools and other relevant tools for tracking and measuring campaign success.
  • Expertise in web analytics tracking implementation and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Indepth understanding of gotomarket strategies best practices and associated resources.
  • Proficient in funnel marketing content marketing and marketing automation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication skills focusing on clear and frequent communication.
  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively use digital tools to streamline workflow. Comfort with technology is essential for this role.
