Our client is seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join their dynamic design and innovation lab in Lund, Sweden for a 12-months PAYE contract . In this exciting role, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the future of technology, pushing boundaries and creating user experiences that delight.

Your responsibilities will be

• Drive cutting-edge design concepts within the team, fostering a culture of creativity and exploration.
• Craft compelling visual narratives that bring your design ideas to life and captivate stakeholders.
• Seamlessly collaborate with diverse teams across the globe on high-impact design projects, ensuring user-centric solutions.
• Build strong relationships and leverage expertise from design teams worldwide.
• Lead design projects from inception to completion, utilizing research insights and creative workshops to develop innovative user experiences.
• Prioritize design requirements based on user needs and strategic business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree or higher in User Experience Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, Digital Media Design, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in visual storytelling, animation, communication, or copywriting (bonus points for all!).
• 5+ years of experience as a senior designer, with a track record of success in working with large global companies.
• An exceptional portfolio showcasing your design mastery and captivating communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant digital design tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for cross-cultural collaboration.
