Beyond Tech is looking for a Finance Director to join the team and lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Finance solutions to meet the organization's financial management needs. As a SAP Finance Consultant, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to understand business requirements, design solutions, configuring the system and deliver high-quality SAP Finance solutions that align with the business goals. You will also provide support to business and key-users in your area. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with procurement and sales stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to purchasing, procurement, sales order management, pricing, billing, and customer relationship management.
2. Solution Design: Design end-to-end SAP solutions for purchasing and sales processes based on industry best practices, considering business requirements, procurement strategies, sales strategies, customer segmentation, and organizational objectives.
3. Configuration and Customization: Configure SAP Finance modules (e.g., Financial Accounting [FI], Controlling [CO], Asset Accounting [AA] to meet specific business requirements, including chart of accounts, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, and more.
4. Integration: Define integration points between SAP Purchasing and Sales modules and other SAP modules (e.g., Finance [FI], Controlling [CO], Inventory Management [IM]) and external systems (e.g., CRM systems, supplier portals) to ensure seamless data flow and process integration.
5. Testing: Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate SAP purchasing and sales configurations, customizations, and integrations. Ensure system functionality, data accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Training and Documentation: Develop end-user training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to procurement and sales users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of SAP solutions. Document solution design, configuration, and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
7. Go-Live Support: Provide on-site and remote support during SAP Finance solution go-live activities, including data migration, cutover, and post-implementation support to address issues, resolve queries, and ensure smooth transition to production.
8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and performance enhancement within the SAP Finance landscape. Stay updated on SAP Finance trends, innovations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and skills required for the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) as a SAP Finance Consultant, with hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP Finance modules.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Finance module functionalities, including Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Asset Accounting (AA), Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), and integration with other SAP modules.
• Proficiency in SAP Finance configuration, customization, data migration, testing, training, and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into SAP Finance solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of successful SAP Finance implementations, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
