• Plan, execute, and oversee product development and process improvement projects .
• Coordinate engineering, production, and procurement teams to align project goals.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure transparent project reporting .

Who You Are:

• Proven experience in project management within development, engineering, or manufacturing .
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams .
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset .
