Post-Graduate Internship | Sales | Stockholm | 12-Month's External role live for 1-week closing 15.07.26 Job Title: Sales Intern What you'll do: As our 2026 intern in the Sales, you will support with various tasks across sales, digital sales, analytics, and business development. Your main duties will involve working with data and providing support for different projects:
- Market research: Share weekly updates on competitors and industry trends to help the company make informed decisions.
- Tracking economic data: Monitor and report on key economic data every month.
- Analytics support: Assist the team in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to help the sales team make data-driven decisions.
- Support digital sales: help the Nordic digital sales leader evaluate the digital performance of adidas' key retail partners.
- Project support: Help the Business Development team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Consumer insights: Share insights and market trends that help the team make better decisions and take effective actions.
- Recently graduated in Sales, Management, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable working with and analysing large data sets
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of any Nordic language is advantageous
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Passion for the adidas brand
- You have graduated with Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Management or Business (or related field) in 2026
- You are available to join us from 1 October 2026 for 11 months.
- You are based in Stockholm and able to work from our Solna office 3 days a week
- You are fluent in English
- You have a relevant work permit to work in Sweden
- You have a solid understanding of the Nordic consumer
- You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable handling data
- You have previous work experience in customer-facing role
