Our project scope is tailored towards addressing the current challenges faced by the industry, but we also encourage students to bring their ideas to the table.

The role

As a thesis student at Netadmin, you will join our Customer Care department and work closely with our team of specialists. You will take ownership of your project and join in on other projects and tasks within the team.

 

High-Level description

In this Master's Thesis project, you will delve into Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its application in our Customer Care department. This project offers a unique opportunity to explore the possibilities of utilizing AI technology internally for support, enhancing security measures, leveraging existing documentation as a knowledge source, and implementing a privacy sandbox beta version of the Netadmin Chat Bot.

 

Project Description

In this project, you will:

  • Explore the capabilities of AI chatbots and their potential impact on customer support.
  • Analyze the security implications of implementing an AI chatbot and propose measures to ensure data privacy and protection.
  • Utilize existing documentation and knowledge base to develop a robust knowledge source for the chatbot.
  • Design and develop a privacy sandbox beta version of the Netadmin Chat Bot, allowing for controlled testing and refinement.

The goal of this Master's Thesis project is to thoroughly investigate and develop an AI chatbot solution for Netadmin's Customer Care department. The project will explore various aspects of chatbot implementation, including its internal applications for support functions, enhancing overall security measures, utilizing current documentation as a valuable knowledge source, and developing a privacy sandbox beta version of the Netadmin Chat Bot.

Successful completion of this project will require in-depth research and analysis of existing AI chatbot platforms and technologies. You will work closely with our dedicated team, gaining practical experience in AI development and deployment while contributing to advancing customer service capabilities within our organization.

 

Purpose

The purpose of this Master's Thesis project is to investigate and unlock the potential of AI technology in the context of Netadmin's Customer Care department. By developing an AI chatbot, we aim to enhance internal support processes, improve security measures, streamline access to information through existing documentation, and provide a beta version of a privacy sandbox environment for the Netadmin Chat Bot.

Ultimately, we strive to reduce the time required for our support team to handle routine inquiries and focus their expertise on more complex customer issues, leading to improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Background

We are looking for two students, with an educational background within the  Faculty of Science and Engineering, Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering, Master of Science in Media Technology and Engineering, Bachelor's Programme in Programming or similar, to write their bachelor/master thesis regarding this project.

 

Objective and Deliverables

Objective:

  • Investigate and explore the possibilities of developing an AI chatbot for Netadmin's Customer Care department.
  • Identify ways to utilize the chatbot internally for support, enhance security measures, leverage existing documentation as a knowledge source, and develop a privacy sandbox beta version of the Netadmin Chat Bot.
  • Reduce the time required for the support team to handle routine inquiries by automating repetitive tasks.

Deliverables:

  • Comprehensive research and analysis of existing AI chatbot platforms and technologies.
  • Design and development of an AI chatbot tailored to Netadmin's Customer Care requirements.
  • Implementation of security measures to safeguard user information and ensure data privacy.
  • Utilization of existing documentation as a knowledge source for the chatbot.
  • Creation of a privacy sandbox beta version for testing and refinement.
  • Publish a Master/Bachelor Thesis report and present the results at the university and Netadmin.

 

Who are you?

  • A motivated Master's student in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline).
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar languages commonly used in AI development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for exploring and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, natural language processing, machine learning, or chatbot development is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
