Product Specialist Junior 1-3 Years

This is a remote position.

Our Digital Asset Management (DAM) provides images videos documents and 3D models to many different users and systems within our organization. To fulfil the needs from the consumers these assets have to be edited and tagged with product information and other metadata. This is an important job that requires both a stylistic eye and a quality driven person.

The scope of the consultant services is to

The assignment includes doing the actual tagging and editing as well as planning the work together with product owner and managing internal as well as external stakeholders. The assignment also includes managing support tickets and helping endusers when they are facing problems related to the images and the tagging. The consultant must have a technical interest both for the work with support and also since there will be a close collaboration with developers working in the same team. The assignment requires limited traveling.

Advantage if you are technically interested support matters can concern how different systems work and that the person will be involved in discussions with software developers about the new development of tools.
