Senior Fullstack Engineer (Backend-Leaning)

We’re working with a fast-growing, product-led company in Stockholm that is scaling rapidly. They are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong backend focus to help evolve and scale their platform. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and built around high ownership, where engineers play a key role in shaping both product and technical direction.

Must Haves

Strong backend development experience with TypeScript and Node.js

Solid frontend experience using React

Proven experience building scalable, distributed systems and microservices

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP

Strong understanding of API design (REST and/or GraphQL)

Experience with CI/CD and modern software engineering practices

Product mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Proactive, collaborative, and able to take initiative

Nice to Haves

Experience working in AI-native environments or with AI-assisted development workflows

Background in high-growth or scaling product companies

Experience optimising performance and scalability in production systems

Familiarity with DevOps practices or infrastructure as code

Experience working in distributed or international teams
