What you'll do:
Conduct cold outreach calls to small businesses in Finland
Understand prospects' needs and identify key decision-makers
Create new commercial opportunities and pass them to the sales team
Guide prospects through the first steps of the process
Who we're looking for:
Fluent Finnish speake r
Basic English or French skills to communicate with management
A sales-driven mindset with a passion for people
Self-motivated , results-oriented, and organized
Creative, proactive, and resilient when facing objections
Skilled communicator who thinks in terms of solutions
Comfortable using basic digital tools
Registered freelancer
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with Google Sheets
Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot
