About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled CFD Simulation Engineer , preferably with experience in GT-Suite , to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering quality-assured simulation models and results, driving innovation, and supporting the continuous improvement of methods and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate high-fidelity simulation models and provide actionable insights to meet design targets.
• Conduct complex simulations and analyses, ensuring the accuracy and quality of results.
• Collaborate with project and design engineers at all stages to propose technical solutions.
• Drive method and tool development globally, including partnerships with universities and external institutes.
• Mentor and train less experienced engineers, sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Engage in innovation by developing advanced tools and methods while supporting global networks.
• Provide input to product and system roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Estimate project scope, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in CFD simulation, with preference for GT-Suite expertise.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and recommendations from complex simulations.
• Experience in method and tool development is highly desirable.
• Self-driven with excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proven ability to mentor and train team members.
