About the role 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electronics Engineer to join our team as a project leader for electronics development. 

In this role, you will collaborate with external partners and cross-functional teams to generate detailed requirements and specifications for our projects. 

You will leverage your expertise to provide high-level and in-depth suggestions and proposals for electronic designs, ensuring that they meet our architectural and performance standards. 

Your ability to perform verification and validation tests will be crucial in maintaining the quality and reliability of our products. 

Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering test systems and defining the systems for the designs you develop, initiating and driving these processes to completion.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading electronics projects and working closely with external partners and internal teams.
• Generating detailed requirements and specifications for electronic systems.
• Providing high-level and detailed design suggestions and proposals for electronic components.
• Building and defining the architectural part of electronic systems.
• Conducting and supporting verification and validation tests to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Ordering and defining test systems for electronic designs.
• Working with components such as microcontrollers, memories, and power supplies.
• Applying your knowledge of EMC and reducing EMC disturbances.
• Utilizing CAD programs like Altium and Eagle for designing electronic circuits.
• Leveraging embedded firmware knowledge to enhance product functionality.
• Collaborating with the hardware team to ensure cohesive project development.
• Gaining experience in industries related to embedded electronics, IT products, chargers, home charging systems, EV chargers, and batteries.

What you’ll bring to the role

• A background in electronics engineering with project leadership experience.
  
• Proficiency in generating detailed requirements and specifications for complex electronic systems.
  
• Ability to provide high-level and in-depth design suggestions and proposals of key components for analog, digital, power supply, and peripheral circuity.
  
• Experience in building and defining system architectures for electronic designs.
  
• Knowledge of conducting verification and validation tests.
  
• Knowledge of components such as microcontrollers, memories, and power supplies.
  
• Experience in LVD, EMC, and RED directives.

It is considered a plus if you have any of the following:

• Embedded firmware knowledge, which is a valuable plus.
• Experience in industries related to embedded electronics, IT products, chargers, home charging systems, EV chargers, and batteries.
• Previous experience working in a startup/scaleup environment.
