Swedish Speaking Customer Service Advisors – Office basedRiga, Latvia€1600-1900 gross per month + benefits, depending on experience.Due to expansion are client is recruiting Swedish Speaking Customer Service Advisors for their office in Riga.Candidates must speak Swedish to minimum B2 level and B2 English level.Ideally candidates will have some customer service experience but it is not essential as training will be given. Job OverviewAnswer calls from customers with questions and give end users the answers they need.Document case resolutions in the contact centre application based on phone, email, chat, and other customer communications.Ascertain that cases are settled in accordance with the company policiesAssign priority issues to the immediate lead as appropriate, in accordance with client expectations.Communicate effectively with internal and external contactsProvide excellent customer satisfaction, meeting quality standards on all handled contactsHandle contacts while maintaining the project's defined targets: response time, handle time, and resolution rate aligned with benchmarks This is a list of benefits and perks offered by a company to its employees.
