Experience/ Worktasks:
- Map current workflows and identify areas that need to be improved or updated.
- Cleaning and updating the HR system. Ensure that the HR systems are updated with correct and up-to-date employee data.
- Manage and follow up the tickets in MySuccess
- Organize HR documentation and ensure files are properly archived and easily accessible (Teams, OneNote etc)
- Administer HR systems and provide support to users as needed.
- Develop and implement training to ensure that new employees are familiar with MySuccess.
- Ensure that all data collection and reporting processes are in line with GDPR.
- Knowledge with HR systems, particularly SuccessFactors.
Responsibilities:
• Provide primary administrative support while contributing to the development of our HR team.
• Close co-operation with team members to ensure smooth workflow and balance in daily workload.

Education:
