We are looking for a Marketing Automation Developer to join our CRM team at Boozt. As a Marketing Automation Developer, you will take charge of development projects and manage them from A to Z, ensuring smooth CRM operations while building advanced marketing automation solutions. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy professional who has spent a few years in CRM and Marketing Automation and is ready to apply that expertise to deliver best-in-class personalization across multiple CRM channels.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and Optimize Customer Journeys : Build and improve automated customer journeys across CRM channels (email, app, SMS, web, etc.) to enhance personalization.

  • Personalized Content Creation : Use HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SSJS to customize emails, web pages, and app notifications with dynamic, personalized content.

  • Data Integration and Management : Handle data imports and exports between systems, maintain data models and storage structures in SFMC, and develop new audience segments for targeted campaigns.

  • Automation Building : Set up and manage automation, workflows, and activities that ensure smooth marketing operations.

  • T roubleshooting and Support : Identify and resolve system bugs, and support the team in developing their skills in SQL queries, AMPscript, and automation.

  • Personalization Testing : Test and validate hypotheses related to personalization to improve our approach continuously.

  • Lead Projects : Take ownership of CRM tech development projects aligned with our broader goal of accelerating growth through personalized customer communication across all channels.

 

YOUR PROFILE

To be successful in this role, you must be a tech enthusiast who understands the principles of CRM and Marketing Automation and is confident in applying them to create meaningful customer experiences. You should also be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where you take initiative, test new ideas, and continuously optimize.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Marketing Automation.

  • 1-4 years of hands-on experience with a CRM or Marketing Automation platform like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Braze, Adobe, Hubspot, Voyado, Marketo, and Microsoft Dynamics

  • Proficiency in coding languages such as HTML, SQL, and AMPscript, and experience with CSS and JavaScript.

  • Familiarity with API design and integration, especially RESTful APIs.

  • Experience with debugging, optimization, and unit/integration testing.

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
