Corporate Controller to Plasman Europe, Gothenburg

The role is characterized by optimizing and streamlining our overall work processes. With an international standing point, you will be responsible for financial and internal control within Plasman Europe.\n\nYou will join our dynamic Financial Team at the European Headquarters in Gothenburg (Mölndal) and reports to Fredrik Olsson, VP Finance.\n\n Your Key Responsibilities Across Europe \n\n*Manage and oversee corporate accounting.\n*Cash flow reporting and optimization.\n*Handle tax and transfer pricing.\n*Maintain efficient treasury activities for European Cash Pooling.\n*Ensure compliance with all relevant internal controls.\n*Implement and maintain robust financial controls and reporting systems.\n*Collaborate with various teams to align financial practices with business goals.\n\n Qualifications for Success \nWe are looking for a candidate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in group consolidation and analysis, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have great knowledge of accounting, perhaps with previous experience from an accounting firm handling international clients.\n\n*Solid knowledge of Swedish GAAP; experience in IFRS or US GAAP is a plus.\n*Excellent skills in SAP; knowledge of Aaro is a plus.\n*Fluent in English and Swedish in all channels (in person, in writing, and online).\n\nAs a person you have analytical skills and a keen attention to detail, along with strong self-motivation and the ability to structure and prioritize workloads efficiently. You have excellent communications skill, as is the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
