As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Technical Asset Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee our solar parks.
The Role
As a Technical Asset Manager, you will be the driving force behind the efficient and effective operation of our solar parks. Our team is expanding, and you'll be the third member, working alongside two experienced colleagues. Currently, we manage five operational solar parks, with four more under construction. You'll use our advanced monitoring system to supervise output, collaborating closely with our O&M Team to address any issues on site.
While this is a technical role, it also involves contract management to ensure compliance and financial monitoring to adjust for any discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of solar parks, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with on-site personnel, contractors, and external service providers to ensure all work meets the highest standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement upgrades and improvements to existing systems.
- Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting solar energy operations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems, including PV panels, inverters, and monitoring systems (preferred).
